1. Wallet Top-Ups

All wallet recharges are:

  • Non-transferable
  • For use only on the SoulBae platform
  • Processed through RBI-regulated payment gateways
  • Represent prepaid access to platform conversation services, not stored value or deposits

SoulBae does not function as a wallet provider or financial institution.


2. Refund Eligibility

Users may request a refund only in the following cases:

  • Amount was debited but not credited to the account
  • Session did not start due to a verified technical error
  • Assigned listener did not join the session

Refunds are subject to internal verification.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Successfully completed sessions
  • Partially used sessions
  • Dissatisfaction with conversation experience
  • Change of mind after recharge or session start
  • User-initiated disconnection

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date of transaction
  • Description of the issue

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

SoulBae reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

Any activity indicating fraud or manipulation

Violation of platform policies

Misuse or abuse of the refund process

Repeated or suspicious refund requests
