1. Wallet Top-Ups
All wallet recharges are:
- Non-transferable
- For use only on the SoulBae platform
- Processed through RBI-regulated payment gateways
- Represent prepaid access to platform conversation services, not stored value or deposits
SoulBae does not function as a wallet provider or financial institution.
2. Refund Eligibility
Users may request a refund only in the following cases:
- Amount was debited but not credited to the account
- Session did not start due to a verified technical error
- Assigned listener did not join the session
Refunds are subject to internal verification.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Successfully completed sessions
- Partially used sessions
- Dissatisfaction with conversation experience
- Change of mind after recharge or session start
- User-initiated disconnection
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact:

- Transaction ID
- Date of transaction
- Description of the issue
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
SoulBae reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:
Any activity indicating fraud or manipulation
Violation of platform policies
Misuse or abuse of the refund process
Repeated or suspicious refund requests
